Sophos update problems
For the operation of Sophos Endpoint Protection, a server is operated in the RHRK via which updates are obtained. This server was updated in RHRK. The changeover has been transparent for most Sophos Endpoint Protection users. In some cases, however, Sophos reports that no updates can be installed (error message: "Server not available"). Sophos continues to work, but no new virus signature updates can be downloaded. In this case, it is usually sufficient to restart the end device. If it is still not possible to obtain updates, it is necessary to uninstall the Sophos client and install the new version of the Sophos client, see: https://serviceportal.rhrk.uni-kl.de
