1. Cancel a stopped job

If you receive the message "Stopped - Connection refused" after changing the password, cancel the print job and close the window.

2. Delete Old Password

Then click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right of your screen.

Enter "Keychain Access" and open the program.

Make sure that the category "Passwords" is selected and enter "printer.uni-kl.de" in the search field in the upper right corner. You will receive a list of all saved passwords for printers that are accessed via the RHRZ print server.

 Delete these saved printer passwords.

Close the Keychain Access.

3. Enter New Password

Start a new print job and enter your RHRZ user name (WITHOUT @rhrk.uni-kl.de) and your new password.
Check "Remember this password in my keychain" and confirm with OK.
