No RPTU-Account yet? Pick up a temporary one at the RZ Service Center.
RPTU accounts for guest students have their own email inbox and allow the use of the eduroam WLAN on campus as well as access to the university network via VPN split tunnel.
However, services and software products to which only RPTU members have access cannot be used.
To get your RPTU account, please contact the RZ Service Center in person. There you will fill out an application form and receive your account directly.
Bring your guest student certificate and a photo ID with you.
To obtain an RPTU account for your university group, you must present the letter from the university management that identifies the group as an official RPTU university group.
One of the contact persons of the university group named in the letter will make an appointment via rz-support(at)rptu.de to apply for the university group account; photo ID required.

Your personal RPTU account also includes an email inbox.
Read the emails sent to your RPTU account! This is where you will receive important messages from RPTU.
Customize account
After logging in with your student account, you can use the RPTU account management to
- view your account-related data.
- create an email alias with your real name.
- select your primary email address.
You can also change the password of your RPTU account via the account management.
