With the One-Number Service, you can be reached at a single phone number on all your devices. Callers no longer have to distinguish between landline, mobile, or home office numbers—you simply use your usual extension.

You decide which device rings at any given time. Whether it’s:

- Desk phone, even at a shared desk
- or your personal number at your home office
Via the UC web portal (phone.rptu.de) or the UC mobile app, you can switch between your devices with a single click.
Seamless reachability—even for outgoing calls
This applies to both incoming and outgoing calls. When you make a call via UC, your work number is always displayed to the recipient.
Free of charge while working from home: Even if you use your personal lines for outgoing business calls, you won’t incur any connection charges. The phone system automatically establishes the connection as a callback to your target device.
