Mobile phone framework contract
Employees whose work requires mobile accessibility have the option of taking out a mobile phone contract at RPTU. A contract in the basic form does not generate any basic charges. Only call and SMS charges are incurred. Of course, a cell phone is required.
The state of Rhineland-Palatinate has concluded a framework agreement for this.
Please order the mobile devices from Department 2.

ATTENTION : 20% of the device prices (except Apple products) will be deducted and must be paid immediately upon receipt. The offers for devices with a one-off payment are not included in the framework agreement.

Application:
Step 1: Please fill in the user data and tick the desired options on the "Quick selection" sheet. The selection is automatically transferred to the application for mobile telephony.
Step 2: Please save the document as a PDF with your name and the options as listed next (otherwise we will not be able to accept the application):
To do this, go to "FILE" => "Save as " => select the save location. In the window that appears, enter the name and select the file type PDF.
Further down, select "Options" and set the selection as shown in the picture.
Confirm the selection with "OK" and save the file.
Step 3: Open the generated PDF and sign it.
Step 4: Send the document to the telephony department at telefonie(a)rptu.de.
