Power of attorney for account approval

Persons with a power of attorney for account approval can access the following functions for their organizational unit at the RPTU account management website:

  • approve account requests.
  • view an account list.
  • set the expiration for accounts.
  • initiate a deletion process for accounts.

Professors, managing directors and department heads can authorize another person to help manage their organizational unit as part of RPTU's identity and access management. This includes, for example, the approval of account applications, the administration of access rights and the administration of mail distribution lists.

Regular account feedback campaign

The RHRZ conducts a regular check of all RPTU accounts to ensure the correctness of all available data and to extend expiring accounts if necessary.

The campaign is aimed at professors, managing directors, department heads and persons with a power of attorney to approve accounts.

This short feedback guide will show you how to check the available data for the accounts assigned to you, adjust it if necessary and finally confirm the correctness of the data entered.
