Applying for Typo3 access

Self-administration implemented for ALL departments

Please note that since the changeover to self-administration, editorial access is managed by the respective cost center owners. Exception Wiwi: here the accounts are entered in the respective groups by the IT service.

You can use the following form to request editorial access to an existing Typo3 website in the main Typo3 installation at rptu.de.

Please note that
  • Editorial rights apply to the entire page tree of an institution
  • Rights to individual pages cannot be assigned
  • all editors of the organizational unit have the same rights to this page tree.
  • The admins of the Business Studies and Economics department are responsible for access!

Please note that we only ever grant editorial rights to the entire page tree of an institution and not to individual pages! When granting access, we assume that the person responsible for the content in your institution agrees to your editorial access to the pages. Please make sure that you have this consent.
Untrained editors often cause a lot of support work and we do not have the resources to provide basic knowledge in our support tickets. Completing our TYPO3 training courses is therefore a prerequisite for working as an editor.
