Migration from Zoom to Zoom X

Dear users,

Due to the migration from Zoom to Zoom X, it will not be possible to use Zoom from 15:00 on 18.08.2023. The use of Zoom is expected to be possible again from 08:00 on 21.08.2023. As part of the migration, the operation of Zoom will be switched to servers of Deutsche Telekom AG, so that in future the video and chat data streams of Zoom will be handled exclusively via servers in Germany.

Please note the following points:

• The migration will take place automatically, you do not need to do anything else.
• Zoom cannot be used during the migration.
• Your Zoom profiles and individual settings will be transferred.
• After the migration, Zoom will be available with the usual functionalities and in the familiar view.
• Due to the migration, the telephone dial-in data will change from 21.08.2023. We ask you to recreate already scheduled meetings or series appointments in order to provide the correct dial-in data. The new dial-in numbers can be displayed and sent to participants as part of the meeting information after the move.
