Exchange calendar sharing for Outlook

1. right-click on the desired calendar in the calendar view.

2. click on "Share" and select "Calendar permissions".

3. click on "Add..." and then enter the participants.

Under "Authorization level", select the desired authorization for the participants and then confirm with "Apply" and "OK". The participants should now have access to the calendar.

Note: Only select the authorizations via the drop-down menu to ensure compatibility between the different operating systems.
