If no account has been set up yet, click on Exchange on the right-hand side. If there are already accounts in the Internet accounts, click on the plus symbol at the bottom left and select Exchange in the dialog that opens.
In the Name field, enter a freely selectable name for the account, as well as your e-mail address and the corresponding RPTU account password. Then click on Continue.
If everything was successful, you will receive the account summary in the next step.
Finally, you have the option of setting which Exchange folders should be synchronized with the respective applications. Once you have made your selection, click Done.
The Exchange mailbox has now been successfully set up and you can close the system settings.
