The global address book in Outlook only contains the addresses of Exchange users. Users with Communigate mailboxes (e.g. student accounts) are not listed in it. If you also want to search for these accounts in Outlook, you must integrate another address book into Outlook using these instructions.

1. "File"

2. "Account settings" -> "Account settings..."

3. "Address books" -> "New..."

4. "Internet directory service (LDAP)"

5. server name: dc06.uni-kl.de

If you are working at the Kaiserslautern site or on the terminal servers, please use the server name: dc01.uni-kl.de.

Check "Server requires login" and authenticate with your RPTU account.

Then under "Further settings..." Open the configuration menu.

Check "Use Secure Sockets Layer".

Optionally adjust the display name (e.g. RPTU Total) and confirm with OK.

The newly added address book can now be selected in the Outlook address book using the drop-down menu under Other address books.

Entries are only displayed in the address book when a search is performed and matching results are found in the address book.
