The RHRZ operates a local installation of the GitLab Community Edition software at https://gitlab.rhrk.uni-kl.de. This is used for version management of software projects based on Git.
Login is possible via RPTU account or Rhineland-Palatinate-wide via Shibboleth.
The fair use of GitLab is free of charge. This means that only source code and data directly required for the software project may be stored. As a rule, the repository size should be less than 1 GB.
