04.07.2020 Maintenance work affects several services, including KABA locking system

Due to maintenance work on central server systems

on Saturday, 04.07.2020 from 09:00-21:00 o'clock

the following services and websites will not be available:

• KIS and KIS-Office
• SharePoint
• Skype for Business
• RHRK ServicePortal
• RHRK print and copy services (FollowMe)
• Guest accounts in the university library
• PLANON
• KABA locking system (electronic locking system)

IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE ELECTRONIC LOCKING SYSTEM:

Validations of the electronic keys are no longer possible after 09:00 on Saturday. This means that anyone wishing to enter the buildings or offices equipped with the electronic locking system on Saturday must validate their electronic key before 09:00.
