End of support Windows 10 1909 (19H2)

Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 10 version 1909 (also known under the code name 19H2) on May 10, 2022.

From this date, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates for this version. This also affects the Enterprise version used on campus. We recommend upgrading to the latest version 21H2 right away, which Microsoft is expected to provide with security patches until October 13, 2025.

The upgrade can be carried out via the "Windows Update" system dialog or with the media available in the service portal.

We currently advise against updating to Windows 11, as this has not yet been released for general productive use at TUK.
