The Microsoft e-mail services (hotmail, outlook and live) are currently not accepting e-mails from the TUK. The cause is apparently an incident on July 19/20 in which a hacked account was misused to send SPAM. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide any information on how long this block will remain in place or what specific criteria must be met.

We apologize for the problems. The problem only affects Microsoft e-mail services. We are not listed on any other known blacklist.
