We would like to inform you that our data center service centers in Kaiserslautern and Landau as well as the telephone hotline will be closed from

December 22, 2025 up to and including January 2, 2026

will be closed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any services during this period.

No orders can be processed at the central Druckausgabe of the RHRZ in Kaiserslautern during this time either.
The multifunctional devices of the Follow-Me system will continue to be available for printing documents in A4 or A3 format using a USB stick.

Please also note that response times to emails and tickets will be limited during the closure period. We therefore recommend that you clarify urgent matters in good time and thank you for your understanding.
