Page ID
The page ID helps editors to find the correct page in the page tree in the event of queries and error messages.
Specification of the editor responsible:
This information makes it easier to contact the person responsible for the content of a page if errors are found there, the content has not been understood or the content is not accessible.
Ideally, the name and e-mail address are generic for this institution and not linked to an individual person. Example of a name "Webteam RHRZ" and email "webteam@rhrk.uni-kl.de"
General conditions: Name and email address are attributes of the group in Typo3 that has editorial rights to a page. This results in
- The entry of the person with editorial responsibility always covers the entire page tree of an institution (department/faculty/project etc)
- A different entry for individual pages is not possible
Date of last edit
The date is displayed automatically. The date results from the last editing of content on the page.
