Step 1: Activation
Before you can offer your websites in French with TYPO3, your account must first be activated. Simply send an e-mail to typo3(at)rhrk.uni-kl.de.
Step 2: Create website
Now create your French website. The guide Translating websites will help you with this.
Important: If you decide to translate your website, not only selected pages may be translated. If you want to translate a page that is subordinate to the root page, all pages contained in the path must be translated. This is the only way to ensure that the page can be found via the navigation.
Example: Website 'Life and culture' is to be translated.

Step 3: Inform about the new page
When you have finished setting up the new French site, you can inform University Communications about your new website. Your website can then be linked to the university's French home page and be found more easily.
