Outlook: Configuration of Exchange accounts for domain-integrated computers

Alternative 1: Integrating the account via the Control Panel
1.1 If Outlook is still open, please close the application first.
1.2 Click on the start menu.
1.8 Everything should already be entered in the window, if not, try the instructions'Outlook 2016 without domain'. Click on Next.
If you have already integrated an Exchange address in Outlook and would like to add an RPTU functional account, for example, an empty input mask will appear.
Enter the name, the e-mail address using the pattern accountname@rptu.de (e.g. mus77ter@rptu.de) and the password of the RPTU functional account.
1.11. Under Offline settings , activate the Use Exchange cache mode checkbox and set the time period using the slider. This allows you to work with your Outlook mailbox even without an active Internet or network connection. Click Finish to apply the settings.
Note: Exchange cache mode cannot be activated on the terminal servers.
2.2 Change the suggested e-mail address to accountname@rptu.de (e.g. mus77ter@rptu.de) and check the box "I would like to set up my account manually".
