The AnyDesk tool is used for remote maintenance. Open the AnyDesk application window by clicking on the AnyDesk icon in the taskbar at the bottom right.
If the AnyDesk icon is not available in the taskbar, you can also start AnyDesk from the Start menu.
The first time you use the program, the AnyDesk welcome screen is displayed. Close the corresponding tab.
Under "Your address" you can now see the AnyDesk address at which your workstation can be reached. Give this number to the person who is providing you with support.
It will then send you a request for a remote maintenance session (session request).
To accept the request and start the session, click on "Accept" in the request pop-up at the bottom left.
