The AnyDesk tool is used for remote maintenance. Open the AnyDesk application window by clicking on the AnyDesk icon in the taskbar at the bottom right.
Give the number circled in green under "This workstation" to the person providing you with support.
It will then send you a request for a remote maintenance session (session request).
To accept the request and start the session, click on "Accept" in the request pop-up at the bottom left.
