T3_All - We need your support - Additional information at the bottom of the page
Dear Typo3 editors,
We need your support. In future, additional information will be displayed at the bottom of each page.
This includes
- ID of the page
- Editorially responsible body: A name linked to a general email address (e.g. "Secretariat Department X", "Department X Affairs", "Webteam RHRK")
- Date of the last edit
Background:
This information makes it easier to contact the person responsible for editing directly in the event of questions or error messages.
This is particularly important as we are now obliged to have a low-barrier feedback mechanism (in this case a linked email address) on every website, which can either be used to receive reports on non-barrier-free content design or to request information in a low-barrier form.
Conversion process
In the following week, all Typo3 instances will gradually receive the updated display. To the best of our knowledge, we will already fill in the details of the editorially responsible body. However, most pages will show an "N.N." linked to the Typo3 team email address during the transition period.
Please help us to adjust the details for the editor responsible and let us know the desired name and e-mail address using the form on the following web page. We need the information per Typo3 backend user, not per page! We will then store the information you send us on your pages for you.
