Typo3 TU Login URL changed

Typo3 editors of the faculties A, BI, RU, Bio of both DISC and MPA should please use http://www.uni-kl.de/typo3 as login page for the Typo3 backend with immediate effect.

Background: Since yesterday, we have been enforcing login via a secure connection and this is currently only possible with the above URL.
