The company Microsoft has announced that on January 14, 2020the support for Windows 7 andextended support for Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 and extended support for SQL Server 2008/2008 R2 will end on July 9, 2019. Microsoft will no longer provide regular feature and security updates for these versions,updates and technical support for these versions.

This means that systems with the above-mentioned installations will become insecure from these dates and are potential security risks, which is why we would like to point out to you at an early stage that there is a need for action here.

Please clarify as quickly as possible how you are dealing with this issue in your areas of responsibility.
