- Create a form with the following fields:
- Name (text field) -> Check Name submission / Advanced tab: Mandatory field
E-mail (text field) -> Check e-mail transmission / Advanced tab: Mandatory field
Request (multi-line text field)
Submit (Submit field)
2. now integrate the form via a Powermail plug-in.
3. test the form by filling it out and see what happens.
