1. order a new telephone device including a new telephone number.
2. an IP-capable telephone is available, a new telephone number is required.
3. order a new telephone device, an existing telephone number should continue to be used.

ATTENTION: For telephony with a PC/laptop, please complete the "Order/change UC access" form. You no longer need a desk phone.
