Changes to Printing Rates and Free Quotas Effective August 1, 2026

Hello,

, our service provider responsible for operating the multifunction devices in the Follow-Me system and the RHRZ Druckausgabe, is increasing the printing and copying rates.

Effective August 1, the following rates will apply for the use of multifunction devices in the Follow-Mesystem:

  • A4 black-and-white: 6 cents (previously: 5 cents)
  • A4 color: 15 cents (previously: 14 cents)
  • A3 B/W: 12 cents (previously: 10 cents)
  • A3 color: 30 cents (previously: 28 cents)

Prices for scanning (0.5 cents) and for large-format printing via cost center (A1: 3 euros, A0: 5 euros) remain unchanged.


With this price change, the point allowances for using the Druckausgabedevices at the RHRZ in Landau and Kaiserslautern.

Starting August 1,the following monthly free quotas will apply:

  • Students: 190 points
  • Graduate students: 650 points
  • Course accounts: 95 points
  • Student associations: 950 points
