Printing with the Follow-Me system temporarily out of operation
Due to a system malfunction, printing with a print job via the Follow-Me system is currently not possible.
Temporary solution/workaround:
It is possible to print on the Follow-Me system using a USB stick (FAT formatted).
- Connect the USB stick to the Follow-Me device
- Log in to the Follow-Me device
- Select "Device functions"
- Select the storage device (USB stick) and print the desired document

The following file formats can be printed:
- JPEG
- TIFF
- XPS
Only use known USB sticks from trustworthy sources. This will reliably protect your data and devices.
Our IT support team will be happy to assist you.
A Ricoh printer is available for administrative staff in Landau at Georg-Friedrich-Denzel-Straße 24 or Marie-Curie-Straße 5a, which can be accessed via the "zvprinter" print server.
Scanning and copying can still be used without restriction.
Locally installed printers are not affected by the disruption.
Druckausgabe at both locations is still available.
