It

  • shows the current procedure for the Typo3 editors, but
  • may still show old TUK design options that are no longer available
  • or possibly shows the procedure in an older Typo3 version, which is only slightly different.

This shows how files are uploaded to the file list. The file list is the storage location for all files on the web pages.

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Images are resized to 1920 pixels
  • After uploading, the metadata (e.g. title or description of an image) should be entered

To link uploaded files , please only use the file links element or linking using the rich text editor, no direct links.

Instructions

  1. Click on File to upload a file.

2. the File list module appears and must be selected.

A page tree with folders appears.

3. either a new folder is created(+) to upload a file there.

4. or an existing folder is selected.

5. click on the icon to upload a file.

6. selection of the files to be uploaded.

The desired file is now in the corresponding folder.

Important

It should also be noted that an illustration is designed to be barrier-free and is therefore provided with an alternative text . These texts help visually impaired people, for example, to understand diagrams, photos and graphics.
