Completion of transition phase - self-administration of Typo3 accounts

As part of the changeover to the self-managed allocation of TYPO3 backend access by the respective cost center owners, the transition phase is now complete.

What exactly will change?

• The old access configurations that still exist in parallel will be deactivated.
• In addition, all existing local TYPO3 accounts will be decommissioned.
• Temporary exceptions that have already been discussed will remain untouched.
• In future, backend access will be regulated exclusively via the self-administration page https://am.rz.rptu.de.

Deactivation of the old configurations and local accounts: **Thursday, 29.1.2026**

Action required

Please ensure that the required backend accesses of your employees are correctly stored via the self-administration by this date. This is the only way to guarantee continued access.

This measure serves to standardize access management, clarify responsibilities and increase security in the TYPO3 system.
