Master PDF Editor is a powerful program from Code Industry for creating and editing PDF files. It can also be used to create a workflow. You can find detailed information about the program here.

The Regional University Computing Center (RHRZ) of the Technical University of Kaiserslautern has purchased a large pool of user licenses.
These purchase licenses are not limited in time. The RHRZ has an update agreement with the supplier with a term of 1 year, currently until the beginning of November 2023. The RHRZ is currently planning to extend this update agreement by a further year in due time.

General contractual regulations:

• Please note that everyone is personally responsible for complying with all license conditions.
• These are purchase licenses.
• All licenses are user licenses. No personal data is collected by the licensor.
• The user has two installation rights per license.
• If you wish to activate your license on a new end device, e.g. when changing end devices, you must first deactivate the license of your old device before the new installation.

1. All employees at RPTU.
2. Other groups of people (e.g. students) and other institutions may not use the software provided by us for licensing reasons. In this case, please contact your software supplier directly.

Use of the license is free of charge for those entitledall license costs are currently borne by the RHRZ.
Please note that everyone is personally responsible for complying with all license conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. This software is available for the Windows, LINUX and MacOS operating systems.
2. This software is intended exclusively for local installation (single user).
3. The software may be used on private and business devices, but only for business purposes as part of your work at RPTU.
4. Network licenses are not included in the current framework agreement.
5. These licenses are NOT provided for use on our central RHRZ license servers (Windows -licserv-a...- and our ELWE high-performance computers -licserv-a,b,c -).

TU staff can download the software directly from the supplier.

As these are purchase licenses, the license can be used indefinitely. However, if you would like to continue receiving software updates after the first year of use has expired, we recommend obtaining a new (current) license in our Self Service Portal once a year.
