Description
Via the web portal of the Follow-me system, you have the option of uploading documents for printing on the large-format printers at the RHRZ Druckausgabe in Kaiserslautern.
Billing takes place via cost center.

Requirements
- Your RPTU employee account is activated for printing via the desired cost center.
- There is a connection to the university network(LAN, WLAN, VPN).
- The document to be printed consists of only one page, has the desired page size and is in PDF format.
- The completed printout must be collected from the print output room (34/256) at the RHRZ in Kaiserslautern .

Step 1: Registration
When you visit https://followme.uni-kl.de, you will be redirected to a Shibboleth login page where you can log in with your personal RPTU account.
Step 2: Start page
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be redirected to the home page of the web portal.
Select the menu item "Large format".
If this menu item is not available for you, please log in with your employee account. Poster printing on cost center is only available for employees at RPTU.
Step 3: Large format
Print jobs can be created here in 2 price categories:
Printouts with a page size above DIN A3 to DIN A1 or with a page size above DIN A1 to DIN A0.
By clicking on the white bar at the bottom of the two product windows, you can obtain additional information on poster printing in Druckausgabe in general and on the selected product category.
Before the next step,check whether your document meets the requirements for the selected category.
Click on "Start job" to open the dialog for uploading your document.
Step 4: Select cost center
The costs charged for printing your poster are displayed in the dialog box at the top right as "Estimated costs".
Under "Billing" - "Select account", please select the desired cost center from the list under "Shared accounts".
If no cost center selection or the desired cost center is displayed here, please contact the cost center representative so that he/she can assign your account (in the service portal at: https://serviceportal.rhrk.uni-kl.de/ ) to the appropriate cost center.
Only use cost centers for billing!
Orders for which the personal account was selected for billing must be canceled .

Step 5: Submit
Your document can either be added by drag & drop or by clicking on "Attach file" and selecting the document in the file explorer.
If you require several copies of the same page, you can specify this in the dialog box via the "Copies" field, the costs will then be adjusted accordingly.
Enter a name for your order under "Details" and click on "Submit" to upload your order.
Only upload one 1-page PDF document per order! Documents in other formats or with more than one page, as well as orders containing several documents, will not be processed.
Your document will be printed in its original output size. Subsequent scaling is not carried out by the Druckausgabe employees. (In Acrobat Reader, you can see the output size of your document by moving the mouse to the bottom left-hand corner of the application window).
Step 6: My orders
You can view the status of your large format orders under the "My orders" tab or at the bottom of the page.
"New" means that the order has been received on the print server.
"Completed" means that the order has been completed and will soon be ready for collection.
"Cancelled" means the job has been canceled.
You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your job has been uploaded and completed(printed or canceled!). If your order has been canceled, a note with the reasons will be added to your order. You will receive an additional e-mail notification.
The order details are displayed by selecting the relevant order.
We can usually have your printouts ready for you to collect from the print issue room (KL 34/256) within one hour of completion. You will find your poster rolled up in the baskets in the print room.
